We are using our homemade MODELING CHOCOLATE CLAY for cake covering and decorating instead of fondant. Chocolate clay is made by white chooclate with syrup to turn out like clay texture for modeling, rolling and figure handwork such like topper. Chocolate clay is easily melting in mouth and not as sweet as fondant.
